What "Sharfoona" means
Sharfoona is Levantine Arabic for "honour us with your visit" — the warm, hospitality-forward phrase a Damascene host uses to welcome a guest. It's the whole idea behind this app: you tell us what kind of traveller you are, and we build the trip a proud local host would build for you.
